On May 26, 2025, Master Golden Spring helped Ms. xxx look for two brand new houses in San Tan Valley, Arizona, some houses were ready to move in, and buyer will have some incentives from the builder; some lots are still empty, and will take 6+ months to complete building the houses. Master analyzed all the external environments in the neighborhood and all the different floor plans, and concluded that the Kenly model and the Peletier Contemporary model are the two good choices with some minor remodeling done later on.
