The front door is right at the edge of house, which makes the ‘Green Dragon’ weak, and that is not recommended in Feng Shui, Master suggested leave the front door closed permanently, and just use the garage door to enter and exit, which will bring in more wealth. A worship table and Buddha can be located on the East side to bless the family, which also help the children study well. Mrs. xx really appreciated Master’s consultation because it clarified some confusion she has had throughout purchasing this home.
On February 21, 2026, Master Steven was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a single- story apartment unit located in Camelback East, Phoenix, Arizona. As Master was walking through the neighborhood, he felt that the environment is kind of weird and depressed, the front door of Mrs. xx’s unit also faces some poison arrows, fortunately, the internal energy flow is acceptable, and Master has taught them where to place a water fountain to boost up the good energy flow as well as how to mitigate the negative energy with the cure. Master felt great as he was driving around in such a new developing community. Master enjoyed talking to Mr. XX who majored in architecture. Here are the adjustments: the Buddha table, water heater, washer and dryer need to be moved to better spots; daughter needs to move to the current guest room; do not use the oven and microwave, instead, buy new standalone ones; a fish tank can be set up in the great room, and water fountain can be set up in both the front yard and the back yard, to boost up wealth.
On February 1, 2026, Master Steven received a call from Ms. XX who needed some help with selling a Million-dollar house located in Washington, Utah, there has been quite a bit of potential buyers who were interested in this house, yet the deal was not closed due to different reason, therefore, Ms. XX believed that there was something wrong with the house energy. Master Steven pointed out 2 major issues of this property, and provided 5 cures, also, based on Ms. XX’s birthday, Master expected the house could be sold by early May.
On January 24, 2026, Master Steven was invited to give a follow-up fengshui consultation on a single story house located in Phoenix, Arizona, which was built in 1997. Ms. XXX mentioned that Mr. XXX’s business revenue was tripled after the fengshui adjustment in 2021 with Master’s guide. Master looked at the floor plan that was drawn in 2021, and asked if the garage project was done, Ms. XXX said no, then Master mentioned that there should be a severe health issue happened in 2023 and 2024, Mr. XXX said she had skin cancer surgery in 2024, but she has been mostly healed after the surgery, and now she is studying to be a Homeopath, following the principle of: a substance that causes symptoms of an illness in a healthy person can, in a very small dose, treat the same illness in a sick person. Master pointed out that the horseshoe-shape drive way in the front yard provides “SHA QI’, which needs to be remediated. Also, they should not put a bow and arrow in the living room. At last, they can build a wall in the garage to prevent any health issue from happening again.
On Dec 20, 2025, Master Steven was invited to give a fengshui consultation for a nursing home located in Chandler, AZ. Ms. xx told Master Steven that the lady lives in the North East corner room has lots of accidents in general, asked whether it is because there are lots of mirrors in the room, Master answered that that’s only one reason, the main reason is because of the Sha Qi (Poison Arrows energy) from the neighbors’ houses, also the sickness flying star resides in this area in 2025. Another big issue is the washer, the dryer, and the fridge could cause kidney or bladder issue, and Ms. xx responded that one of the caregivers had bladder issue two months ago. AC also needs to be relocated. At last, may all the elderlies have a Merry Christmas and long life!
On Nov 29, 2025, Master Steven was invited to give a fengshui consultation for a 2.3-million-dollar house located in Arcadia, Arizona. Master looked at the house number, and got the feeling that this house is very good for ‘knowledge’ and ‘wisdom’. There are lots of Buddha pictures hanging on the walls, Buddha statues are randomly sitting anywhere as well, it turns out that Mrs. xx is a spiritual coach and artist, who writes books, draws region pictures, and also gives out online classes to public. The book emphasizes the sacredness of the divine feminine energy, and encourages embracing qualities such as intuition, compassion, nurturing, and creative power. One issue of this house causes Mrs. xx makes good money, yet she cannot save much, she was also suggested that better move out here by 2029, because this is a rental house, and she cannot remodel the laundry room, which is located in a bad fengshui spot.
On October 22, 2025, Master Steven was invited to give a fengshui consultation for a 2-million-dollar house which is being built in Tucson, Arizona. The house is located in a Cul-de-Sac, which generates the “Arch” negative energy, Master recommended building a short wall in the front area. Internally, in the ‘horse’ spot, dryer, washer, ACs, water heater, and water softener need to be moved; similarly, having a toilet and sink in the southeast spot is also bad for the two daughters, need to be moved as well.
