Master concluded that this house would give Mr. xxx more pressure, and could be benefit to Mrs. xxx. Even though Mr. xxx is a cop, yet he still does not have more pressure; plus, the southeast corner is missing badly, which will cause health issue, therefore, they decided not to rent this house and would continue to look for another house with better fengshui.
On Feb 3, 2025, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation for a single-story house located in Surprise, Arizona. As Master walked by the entrance, he looked at the house number and told Ms. xxx that the number indicates that her boss or senior families give her some pressure whereas her children are very supportive to her. Ms. xxx smiled and agreed that it is true. Master concluded that this house has very good fengshui but suggested that Mr. xxx needs to sleep in the bedroom next to the office instead of the Master bedroom, also, not to smoke in the BBQ grill area; at last, the ‘direct alignment of the front door and the backyard windows Sha’ also needs to be remediated.
On Jan 30, 2025, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation for a single story house located in Peoria, Arizona. As soon as Master entered the house, he felt like he was in an Indian museum. Ms. xxx told Master that an Indian Vastu Master already reviewed this house yet he did not give out much advices on how to resolve the issue. Master inferred that they would have had kidney or urine system, liver, breathing and blood related issue, the feedback was yes, family members had all these issues. Master explained to them why and how to remediate them.
On Jan 30, 2025, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation for a single story house located in Phoenix, Arizona. Externally, there is a gazebo built of some wood studs which generates strong “Sha Qi” shooting towards the front door and the whole house; the neighbor’s house also gives her pressure. Internally, the stove is close to the center area, which causes her fast heartbeat, it was in the right spot, yet mum told Ms. xxx to move it based on Indian vastu; the bed also needs to be moved. There are several severe fengshui issues which caused Mrs. xxx having anemia, low hemoglobin, low ferritin, and other blood related issue: front door courtyard is missing; kitchen stove is located in a bad spot; lots of cactuses are planted in the backyard, fortunately, Mrs. xxx has been selling them and she is feeling better ever since she had the surgery right after Christmas, 2024. Master suggested her to move away from this house if HOA does not approve the courtyard project to remediate the issue.
On Jan 04, 2025, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation for a single story house located in Chandler, Arizona. The biggest problem of this house is the electricity main control box and water main source value / faucet are both located in the ‘Ba Sha’ （i.e. Eight Killing）spot, which is right outside of the garage located in the southeast area of this house, unfortunately, these cannot be relocated because it is part of the city utility equipment.
On Jan 04, 2025, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation for a Massage Store located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Master supposed that but business would be just average, based on the external environment, which nothing could be changed unfortunately; however, Master suggested where to put 2 water fountains to boost up the positive energy which will bring in more wealth. Fortunately, the money flying star will arrive the front entrance, which for sure will bring in more business in 2025!
On September 11, 2024, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation for an over 2 million house which is located in Phoenix, Arizona. This house is being remodeled completely with new design, yet they needed Master’s approve on the new floor plan. Master pointed out that this house will harm the family, lose lots of money, and even damage the relationship of the couple with the current design, suggestion is to relocate the porch door, stove, fridges, dryer, TV, fireplace, couple toilets, and couple bed orientations.
