On Jan 04, 2025, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation for a single story house located in Chandler, Arizona. There are several severe fengshui issues which caused Mrs. xxx having anemia, low hemoglobin, low ferritin, and other blood related issue: front door courtyard is missing; kitchen stove is located in a bad spot; lots of cactuses are planted in the backyard, fortunately, Mrs. xxx has been selling them and she is feeling better ever since she had the surgery right after Christmas, 2024. Master suggested her to move away from this house if HOA does not approve the courtyard project to remediate the issue.

On Jan 04, 2025, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation for a single story house located in Chandler, Arizona. The biggest problem of this house is the electricity main control box and water main source value / faucet are both located in the ‘Ba Sha’ （i.e. Eight Killing）spot, which is right outside of the garage located in the southeast area of this house, unfortunately, these cannot be relocated because it is part of the city utility equipment. 

On September 11, 2024, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation for an over 2 million house which is located in Phoenix, Arizona. This house is being remodeled completely with new design, yet they needed Master’s approve on the new floor plan. Master pointed out that this house will harm the family, lose lots of money, and even damage the relationship of the couple with the current design, suggestion is to relocate the porch door, stove, fridges, dryer, TV, fireplace, couple toilets, and couple bed orientations.

On August 31, 2024, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation for a cabin located in Forest Lakes, Arizona, while Phoenix is still around 110 degree, here it is only 70, weather was great! Unfortunately, the stove and the refrigerator are very close to the center of this house, master suggested them to relocate them; the heater also needs to be relocated as well; at last, Master suggested them not to sleep on the second floor, because it would cause depression.

On August 18, 2024, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation for a house located in Chandler, Arizona. Unfortunately, the stove and the water heater are very close to the center of this house, I’ve warned Mrs. xxx that she might get heart related issue if she does not relocate them; the AC unit also needs to be relocated as well; at last, Master suggested her to avoid using the front door, especially in lunar 2024 due to the severe sickness flying star arriving here.

On August 11, 2024, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation for a house located in Chandler, Arizona. The two biggest issues of this house is 1: northeast area is missing, which is bad for someone whose Zodiac is Tiger or Ox, unfortunately, Mrs. xxx happens to be a Tiger; 2. The stove is located in the severe sickness area which will also impact the couples’ relationship. In addition, one of the AC units needs to be relocated as well. 

On July 30, 2024, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation for a house located in Scottsdale, Arizona. This house has several major issues: the southeast corner is missing heavily; water heater, kitchen stove, TV, and one of the AC units are all located in a bad spot, which explains why Mrs. xxx. has xxx cancer, fortunately, once they move these utilities, Mrs. xxx will have a healthier life.
