On May 14, 2022, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on two two-story houses, which were built in 2005 and 2006 and located in Phoenix, Arizona. Mrs. xxx’s family used to live in house 1 and it is currently being sold, there were some good family dynamic and energy, as well as good neighbors, although, they had some financial difficulties during that time; therefore, they invited Master Goldenspring to do a fengshui analysis on these two houses, and see whether they should move back or they should stay in the current house 2. After Master’s analysis, he suggested they both houses are so-so, they should be able to find the third house which is better than both of these two, however, if they must pick one in these two, then 55% recommended to move back to the previous house, and 45% recommended they can stay in the current house!

On May 07, 2022, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a single-story house, which was built in 1974 and located in Phoenix, Arizona. Mrs. xxx is from France, and as soon as she saw Master Golden Spring, she said ‘Enchanté’! Master naturally responded ‘I’m fine.’ without knowing ‘Enchanté’ actually means ‘nice to meet you!’ in French, until Mrs. xxx’s sister explained. Mrs. xxx works from home full time, therefore, the work office means a lot to her, Master picked the room in the south as her work office based on her birthday and other fengshui criteria, suggested to also place a water fountain, expecting a prosperous future!

On April 30, 2022, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a two-story town house, which is built in 2006 and located in Anthem, Arizona. Mrs. xxx is a life coach and specializes in harmony reading, also, she believes in harmony, energy flowing, divine synchronicity, and auspicious life. Master Golden Spring pointed out that the direction and the year that this townhouse was built already determined that this is a good luck house, and if they put a water fountain right in the south area between the 2 sofas, it will boost up the good energy and her son will also become smarter and brighter in studying!

On March 27, 2022, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a two story house, which is built in 2009 and located in Queen Creek, Arizona. Master pointed out daughter 1 sleeps in an unlucky room whereas daughter 2 sleeps in a very lucky room. The feedback is that daughter 1 started get depression since 2021 and daughter is the smartest girl among the 4 kids. Master has taught them how to make adjustment and also suggest them to place a water fountain in the dining room to booster up the good energy. 

On March 14, 2022, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a Condo unit in Optima Biltmore Towers, which is a mixed-use community in Phoenix, Arizona, featuring two 16-story towers and totaling 230 luxury residences. Mr. xxx happens to be a rooster in Chinese zodiac, and offends the Grand Duke. The biggest issue of this Condo unit is the laundry room and the AC & Heat unit are located in the center of this Condo unit. Fortunately, Mr. xxx only lives here several months in a year because he also lives in Florida or Colorado, therefore, the negative impact is very low.

On February 08, 2022, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a single story house, which is built in 2021 and located in Gilbert, Arizona. As soon as Master walked into the house, he realized that the worship table’s orientation was incorrect, and suggested several places, however, Mrs. xxx did not like any of this option, therefore, Master suggested her to wrap up all the Buddha, because not having any Buddha is still better than having some Buddha with the incorrect orientation. 

On January 09, 2022, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a two story house, which is built in 2013 and located in Chandler, Arizona. Master pointed out that everything is well, except the toilet needs to be moved to a better location, and the water heater in the garage also needs to be moved to the left. Also, they can also place a fish tank in the living room to booster up the good energy.  Master also recommended the son not to pick the bigger room because it is in the ‘sickness’ spot, instead, he should pick the smaller room in the southwest area.

On January 08, 2022, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a studio at SALT, which is a truly exalted amenity suite, by the Town Lake and near the desert mountains in splendid view in Tempe, Arizona. Mr. xxx happens to be a Monkey in Chinese zodiac, and unfortunately, the monkey spot is the ‘Ba Sha’ spot right by the balcony, which explained why Mr. xxx lost his job and was hospitalized after he moved in several months.
