The biggest problem for this unit is the cooktop is located in a bad spot, which impacts the relationship between this couple. Master suggested Mr. xxx. moves out since he is not allowed to relocate the cooktop.
On August 24, 2023, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation for a Financial Investment company located in Manhattan NY. Because the office building is right across the famous St. Patrick’s Cathedral Church, Master suggested Mr. xxx, the CEO, to move away from it and pick another location. The new office is only 15 minute walk away towards east and it is bigger, and Mr. xxx can have his own office, Master expect this company’s business will be growing.
On August 23, 2023, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation for a Fortune Global 500 company branch located in Manhattan NY. Currently this company leases half of the xx floor in the Salesforce Tower building, in October, they will move down to 1 floor below and lease the entire floor due to the business growing and expansion. Master suggested 2 offices where the CEO can use based on his Chinese zodiac, the one in the south corner is actually the best! Master also taught the CEO how to remediate the ‘Sharpen Sha’ and the ‘Wind Sha’ from the neighborhood.
On July 20, 2023, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation for a corporate headquarters office located in the beautiful Marina Heights commercial campus, which was built in 2016 and located in Tempe, Arizona. Master pointed out that the external environment of this office does not have good fengshui, currently, the front door faces south and it is located in a bad fengshui spot, ideally, if the front door is located in the north side, which faces the river, and then it will have much better feng shui; however, the management preferred using the existing doors on the west side instead, which is also fine, at least it will receive more support from the business partners. Master also suggested them to relocate the VP counsel’s office and the boardroom; move the sliding door of the CFO’s office to the other side, etc. with all these adjustments, hopefully this company can do well in business.

Master pointed out the biggest problem of this house is that there is a bathroom located very close to the center point of the house, because there are other tenants living here, therefore, this bathroom needs to be used even though it is not recommended, otherwise, everyone will easily get stomach issue. Mr. xxx brought out a Chinese Fengshui LuoPan and asked Master to teach him how to use it, Master was a bit surprised but still was kind enough to teach him some basic technique. Master asked them to not sleep in the master bedroom because that is a bad fengshui spot and could cause depression, Mrs. agreed and said she often feels depressed and lack of energy. The worship table, fridges, TV, water heater are all needed to be relocated. They also found the answer where the swimming pool can be built in the backyard.
