On November 07, 2021, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a historic house located in Phoenix, Arizona, which was built in 1926. The new owner would like to remodel it and would like to have some advice to increase the positive energy flow in the house. She wondered whether it is better to wait until the renovations are complete or while the house is an “empty canvas” to get the advice. Master explained to her that getting the fengshui advice prior to the demolish is the best, because fengshui is all about ‘energy’, and the location of all the external doors, cooktop, fireplace, sinks, bath tubs, toilets, shower room, etc. will impact the energy flow in this house, which will impact the wealth and health of the people who live here.

On October 30, 2021, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a brand new house located in Scottsdale, Arizona, which was built in 2021. Master pointed out that the courtyard is located in the ‘east’ side of the house, which makes the ‘son’ area in fengshui is missing, so the 4 year old son might feel like moving out of this house as he grows up, they are advised to use purple crystal and rabbits stature to remediate this situation.

On October 10, 2021, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a house located in Tempe, Arizona, which was built in 1961. Mr. xxx is a regular customer whom I met in 2019, Master suggested him to move in 2021 because his condo is right next to the power plant of APS, which is very bad fengshui. In terms of the fengshui in the current house, the cooktop is located in a bad fengshui spot, and it is not good for the wife / girlfriend who lives here, Mr. xxx said it is OK, because he plans to stay single for a while, and when he is ready to have a girlfriend, he might just moves again, because he has moved 31 times already in this life.

On October 03, 2021, Master Golden Spring was invited by Mr. xx to check out the new house which was just finished building. Back in May 2021, when the house was being built, Master already informed Mr. xx that this house is a very good fengshui house, today Master emphasized that the front door is a bad luck door, and it would impact the whole family, especially Mr. xx’s wife because she is a ‘Yi Rabbit’, therefore, it needs to be closed permanently, which is OK, because most of the people use the car garage to enter and go out of the house anyway, also, there is a side door in the car garage, which it is even more convenient.

On September 06, 2021, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a 3 story townhouse located in Scottsdale, Arizona, which was built in 2007. Master pointed out the major ‘Sha Qi’ from the building which is right in front of the car garage, which is like a giant surgery knife cutting to this town house, including the daughter’s bedroom. Internally, the major issue is the cooktop, microwave, oven, and washer are located in bad fengshui spots, which can cause relationship issue between the couples, as well as stomach or lung issue. Master guided them with all the cure and remediation. At last, Mr. xxx told Master that he has been practicing Chinese Qigong since he was a kid and still doing it, and he has been learning Chinese as well because he likes Chinese culture.

On August 13, 2021, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a house in Gilbert, Arizona, which was built in 2001. The biggest issue of this house is the fact that there is a bathroom in the center of the house, fortunately, Mrs. xxx only lives by herself and she does not use this bathroom in general. Most of the energy related objects are located in the good fengshui spots, except the sinks in the kitchen, the shower room in the master bedroom, and the two computer monitors are located in a bad fengshui spot. Master expected Mrs. xxx has skin issue as well as some liver issue. Mrs. xxx admitted that she has been skin issue since she was 19, and so far still have not found a good doctor who can help her out. She works in CVS, and she has done some research and found out the issue might has something to do with the liver toxins. Master guided her how to adjust the fengshui and Mrs. xxx was very happy and looking forward to a healthier, more income, and happier life!

On August 08, 2021, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a house which was built in 2003 in Surprise, Arizona. The biggest issue of this house is the northwest corner is missing, which explained why Mr. xxx’s father passed away in 2006 with heart issues. As soon as Master walked into the house, he saw lots of live plants, fountain, Buddha, fish tank, copper coins, wind chimes, etc. all over the house, it turned out that Master Golden spring is actually the 6th Fengshui Master who was invited. Master explained to Mr. and Mrs. xxx what the true fengshui is and pointed out the 3 TVs, fish tank, and the money tree, microwave, toaster are all in a bad fengshui spots, guided him where these items should be located at, as well as how to resolve the ‘front door faces the backyard door’ issue.
