She wondered whether it is better to wait until the renovations are complete or while the house is an “empty canvas” to get the advice. Master explained to her that getting the fengshui advice prior to the demolish is the best, because fengshui is all about ‘energy’, and the location of all the external doors, cooktop, fireplace, sinks, bath tubs, toilets, shower room, etc. will impact the energy flow in this house, which will impact the wealth and health of the people who live here.

On October 30, 2021, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a brand new house located in Scottsdale, Arizona, which was built in 2021. Master pointed out that the courtyard is located in the ‘east’ side of the house, which makes the ‘son’ area in fengshui is missing, so the 4 year old son might feel like moving out of this house as he grows up, they are advised to use purple crystal and rabbits stature to remediate this situation.

Mr. xxx is a regular customer whom I met in 2019, Master suggested him to move in 2021 because his condo is right next to the power plant of APS, which is very bad fengshui. In terms of the fengshui in the current house, the cooktop is located in a bad fengshui spot, and it is not good for the wife / girlfriend who lives here, Mr. xxx said it is OK, because he plans to stay single for a while, and when he is ready to have a girlfriend, he might just moves again, because he has moved 31 times already in this life.

Back in May 2021, when the house was being built, Master already informed Mr. xx that this house is a very good fengshui house, today Master emphasized that the front door is a bad luck door, and it would impact the whole family, especially Mr. xx’s wife because she is a ‘Yi Rabbit’, therefore, it needs to be closed permanently, which is OK, because most of the people use the car garage to enter and go out of the house anyway, also, there is a side door in the car garage, which it is even more convenient.
