On September 06, 2021, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a 3 story townhouse located in Scottsdale, Arizona, which was built in 2007. Master pointed out the major ‘Sha Qi’ from the building which is right in front of the car garage, which is like a giant surgery knife cutting to this town house, including the daughter’s bedroom. Internally, the major issue is the cooktop, microwave, oven, and washer are located in bad fengshui spots, which can cause relationship issue between the couples, as well as stomach or lung issue. Master guided them with all the cure and remediation. At last, Mr. xxx told Master that he has been practicing Chinese Qigong since he was a kid and still doing it, and he has been learning Chinese as well because he likes Chinese culture.

On August 13, 2021, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a house in Gilbert, Arizona, which was built in 2001. The biggest issue of this house is the fact that there is a bathroom in the center of the house, fortunately, Mrs. xxx only lives by herself and she does not use this bathroom in general. Most of the energy related objects are located in the good fengshui spots, except the sinks in the kitchen, the shower room in the master bedroom, and the two computer monitors are located in a bad fengshui spot. Master expected Mrs. xxx has skin issue as well as some liver issue. Mrs. xxx admitted that she has been skin issue since she was 19, and so far still have not found a good doctor who can help her out. She works in CVS, and she has done some research and found out the issue might has something to do with the liver toxins. Master guided her how to adjust the fengshui and Mrs. xxx was very happy and looking forward to a healthier, more income, and happier life!

On August 08, 2021, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a house which was built in 2003 in Surprise, Arizona. The biggest issue of this house is the northwest corner is missing, which explained why Mr. xxx’s father passed away in 2006 with heart issues. As soon as Master walked into the house, he saw lots of live plants, fountain, Buddha, fish tank, copper coins, wind chimes, etc. all over the house, it turned out that Master Golden spring is actually the 6th Fengshui Master who was invited. Master explained to Mr. and Mrs. xxx what the true fengshui is and pointed out the 3 TVs, fish tank, and the money tree, microwave, toaster are all in a bad fengshui spots, guided him where these items should be located at, as well as how to resolve the ‘front door faces the backyard door’ issue.  

On August 02, 2021, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a new built house in Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Jang was awarded to have a free staycation, but he asked if his award could be a fengshui consultation on his new built house, and he got approved. Master pointed out that this house fits Mrs. Jang very well, not only the fact that the front door location matches her Chinese Zodiac, but also the cooktop, which represents her spot, is located in a the best fengshui spot in this house, This house is also good for any man, who will support this family the most. The only issue is one of the bathroom is not in a good spot, so avoid using it is the solution.

On July 31, 2021, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on an apartment unit in Mesa, Arizona, which was built in 1969. The biggest issue of this house is the front door and the side door are all in a bad fengshui spot; however, the cure is to put lots of metal objects, or to build a shoe case. The good thing is all 4 bedrooms are good, and the master bedroom happens to be the best education spot, and this will be the study room for the son. 

On July 10, 2021, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on an apartment unit in Tempe, Arizona, which was built in 2019. Master was impressed by the neighborhood where Aura Watermark Apartment is in, which is set against the Tempe Town Lake setting, artful interiors and finishes come together to create elevated spaces while thoughtful community amenities provide a resort-inspired respite. The apartment unit’s fengshui is acceptable, but the biggest issue is the ‘Sha Qi’ from the building located in the northeast corner as well as the ‘Sha Qi’ from the light poles on the north side of the balcony. Mrs. xxx studies homeostasis, and currently a student physician, she believes is Chinse fengshui, she suggests people stop taking the regular medicine, and should go for Herbs, Acupuncture, alternative balance, and going back to the nature mentally, emotionally and physically.

On May 31, 2021, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on an apartment unit in Phoenix, Arizona, which was built in 1988. Mrs. xxx is Master’s regular client and her life has changed dramatically in a good way after she invited Master to fengshui her house, because the house has a major fengshui issue, and currently it is the seller’s market in phoenix, therefore, she decided to sell the bad fengshui house and move into an apartment temporarily. Unfortunately, this apartment’s front door is a slanted door, in general, this type of house might cause some wealth issue or some strange things might happen. Master told Mrs. xxx to leave this apartment right after the one year lease is up!

On May 15, 2021, Master Golden Spring was invited to help Mr. xx decide whether to buy a new spec home in Gilbert, Arizona. Mr. xx is one of those who have been trying so hard to look for new houses in the east side of Valley, although it is very challenging to purchase a house in Phoenix, Arizona currently. Mr. xx has been losing the raffle drawing with Taylor Morrison and feel very upset and frustrated. Fortunately, Tri Pointe called him up and told him that there is a spec home being built and will be ready to move in in September, 2021. After Master finished drawing the fengshui floor plan, he was very happy that this house has such wonderful fengshui layout, Master told Mr. xx to go ahead and sign up the purchasing contract and taught him with some techniques to adjust the fengshui to this house.
