On May 02, 2021, Master Golden Spring was invited to help Mr. xx pick the Lot where a new house will be built, as well as picking the better floor plan. Mr. xx is one of those who would like to move out of California and buy a dream house in Arizona, unfortunately, it is a bit challenging to purchase a house in Phoenix, Arizona currently. Mr. xx was told by the builder that he has a good chance to get this house but currently only 2 Lots are available, and the house might not be ready until early 2022. Master Golden Spring reviewed several floor plans and picked the one with the best Fengshui and also picked a good Lot for him, wishing Mr. xx the best lucky to get his house in Phoenix, Arizona eventually!

On April 14, 2021, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a single family house in Tolleson, Arizona, which was built in 2005. Because it was close to the Sunset time, when Master walked into the house with only the dim light on, the whole family (a couple and 3 kids) was only playing their cells and it was a bit too quiet. After Master finished his analysis to this house, he pointed out that the major fengshui issue is that the bathroom is right located in the center to this house, which needs to be relocated to the patio; also, all 3 beds’ orientation was not right, and they needed to fixed as well; at last, a divider screen can be placed right in front of the backyard door to reflect the bad ‘Qi’.

On February 06, 2021, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a single story house located in Phoenix, Arizona, which was built in 1997. Ms. XXX was looking for a landscaping designer to design the front yards, because there is a big lot in front of the house. Master explained to her that he could give out some advises, but his specialties is actually about how to bring in all the good ‘Qi’ into the house and remediate the bad ‘Qi’ in the house, that way the people can be in harmony with ‘nature’. Ms. XXX and her fiancé were so happy to meet Master. The biggest issue of this house is the east side area and the southeast corner were missing, which would cause some liver issue, as well as not good for the elder kids. Master has guided them what to do to resolve the issue and they were so happy about it!

On January 31, 2021, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a two story house located in Phoenix, Arizona, which was built in 1997. Ms. xxx is a Wellness Advocate, and her boyfriend is a spiritual counselor. As soon as Master walked into her house, he saw all the ‘fengshui’ objects all over in the house, such as water fountain, fish tanks, Buddha statues, crystals, bamboo, live plants, pictures, lucky cats, stones, angels, etc. Master pointed out that the objects that were not placed in the lucky spot need to be moved; also, 1 fish tank needs to be moved as well towards the front door; Master also taught them to place a divider right in front of the backyard door to redirect the bad energy as well. Mr. xxx was amazed by what Chinese traditional fengshui can do and they look forward to having much better energy flowing in this house!

On December 27, 2020, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a condo located in Phoenix, Arizona, which was built in 1997. Ms. xxx was moving in this new place and needed some fengshui advices from Master. Master pointed out that on the ‘green dragon’ side, which is the east side of this condo, having the Phoenix Mountains surrounded will bring in tremendous positive energy into this condo; fortunately, most of the internal structure layout also brings in very good fengshui energy as well! Looking forward to having a prosperous and happy life!

On December 19, 2020, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a townhouse located in Scottsdale, Arizona, which was built in 1969. Mr. xxx would like to convert this house into a vacation rental place, and he wanted Master to guide him where to place most of the furniture, and where to hang all the wall pictures, as well as where to plan trees, etc. Master explained to him that there is a lot more that he could do to boost up the good energy and mitigate the bad energy, such as placing a water fountain in living room, putting a Bagua mirror in the front door area, etc. Master is confident that the business will be good, customers will keep coming in. 

On November 22, 2020, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a 3 story townhouse located in Phoenix, Arizona, which was built in 2007. Master pointed out the major ‘Sha’ from the outside environments, which include the edges from the neighbors’ house on the north side and the satellite tower from the Arizona National Guard Allen Readiness Center on the south side. Internally, the major issue is from the water heater, washer, dryer, etc.; in addition, the bed is also located in a very bad fengshui spot, which explains why she cannot sleep well and easily feel depressed and stressed out. Mater taught Miss. XXX how to remediate them, and looking forward to a better life.
