On November 22, 2020, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a 3 story townhouse located in Phoenix, Arizona, which was built in 2007. Master pointed out the major ‘Sha’ from the outside environments, which include the edges from the neighbors’ house on the north side and the satellite tower from the Arizona National Guard Allen Readiness Center on the south side. Internally, the major issue is from the water heater, washer, dryer, etc.; in addition, the bed is also located in a very bad fengshui spot, which explains why she cannot sleep well and easily feel depressed and stressed out. Mater taught Miss. XXX how to remediate them, and looking forward to a better life.

On October 28, 2020, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a single house located in Phoenix, Arizona, which was built this year. Master was glad that most of the energy-related objects, such as the front door, the toilets, the shower room, water heater, Air Conditioner, oven, etc. are located in the good fengshui spot, however, the cook top is located in a bad spot, which might cause some breathing issue, Mrs. XX immediately responded that she has been having asthma and needs to carry the inhaler with her all the time. Master explained to her that this is the so called ‘fengshui information synchronization’,  although she has not even moved in to this brand new house, but fengshui can tell us what health issue she might have, fortunately, as long as she follows the guideline and move the cook top to a good spot, her asthma issue will be healed.

On October 17, 2020, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a single house located in Sun City, Arizona, which was built in 1963. Master was surprised that most of the energy-related objects, such as the front door, the cook top, toilet and the bathtub in the master bathroom, the water heater, water softener, etc. are already in a good location; the only major adjustment is the patio needs to be enclosed to prevent the health issues, as well as help with saving money. Fortunately, the work bench is also located in a very good fengshui spot, if a water fountain is added in this area, there will be more income. Mrs. XX loves Chinese art, crafts, and architecture a lot, even joked that she must be a Chinese in another life!

On October 13, 2020, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a single house located in Gilbert, Arizona, which was built in 1988. As soon as Master arrived on site, he pointed out right away that this house is not suitable for someone whose Chinese zodiac is rooster or dog, the way to resolve this issue is to stop using the door connecting the house and the garage. Other major issues are: three out of the four beds are not placed correctly; the location of the Guan Yin Buddha is incorrect; the cooktop location is not ideal; and the son is recommended to move to the current ‘guest bedroom’.

On Sept 04, 2020, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a single story house in Phoenix, Arizona, which was built in 2015. Ms. xxx needed to buy a modem sectional sofa in the living room, and would like to have some advises on the color, size, as well as where to place the sofa; in addition, she needed advises on how to get better energy flow in this house. Master pointed out that a sofa itself does not have any ‘energy’, therefore, Ms. xxx can buy anything she likes about. In terms of fengshui adjustment, a ceiling needs to be added in the courtyard, a grill can be built in the patio area and avoid using the current cook top in the kitchen, and also the two Air conditioners needed to be moved to the good luck spot, etc. Master was very impressed by Ms. xxx’s communication skill and writing skill, and learned that she used to be a school principle before she moved to phoenix and became a realtor, currently she also writes books which is about children’s ethics. What a talented Client!

On Aug 29, 2020, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on an apartment suite located in Tempe, Arizona, which was built in 2016. This client (Mr. A) is actually a 20 year old Chinese International student, and currently living with his other 3 roommates. Maser pointed out that there are several major fengshui issues: 1. There are several ‘Sha Qi’ in the apartment across this unit; 2. the cook top, sink, washer, and dryer are all near the center of this apartment suite, which could cause heart, blood or eye related disease. Fortunately, 3 students’ bedrooms happen to fall into the 3 lucky fengshui spots, as far as the forth student goes, currently he sleeps and studies at a bad fengshui spot, Master suggested him to move to the other side of the room, that way it is not only good for his education, but also bringing him better luck in general. Mr. A also mentioned that he has some heath issue, which is the main reason that he invited Master to come over. Master explained to him once the fengshui is adjusted, his health condition should be improved.  At the end, Master had taken a picture with all 4 young men and wish them the best of luck!
