On October 17, 2020, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a single house located in Sun City, Arizona, which was built in 1963. Master was surprised that most of the energy-related objects, such as the front door, the cook top, toilet and the bathtub in the master bathroom, the water heater, water softener, etc. are already in a good location; the only major adjustment is the patio needs to be enclosed to prevent the health issues, as well as help with saving money. Fortunately, the work bench is also located in a very good fengshui spot, if a water fountain is added in this area, there will be more income. Mrs. XX loves Chinese art, crafts, and architecture a lot, even joked that she must be a Chinese in another life!
On October 13, 2020, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a reflexology massage spa located in Gilbert, Arizona, which was built in 2005 and its direction is facing northeast. Master pointed out that the business is good, because the store’s direction matches the Chinese zodiac signs of the owners; the back door is located in a bad fengshui spot, the owner is recommended to not use the back door otherwise bad things might happen in 2021 when it is an Ox year; Master also pointed it out that the TV is in a bad fengshui spot as well, then the owner immediately responded that the TV is off most of the time, but there was one time she wanted to watch a live football match and she turned on the TV, and strangely, the business was extremely slow, which was very unusual on a Saturday. Also, some employees like to cause trouble in general, and Master guided them how to resolve that issue.
On October 13, 2020, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a single house located in Gilbert, Arizona, which was built in 1988. As soon as Master arrived on site, he pointed out right away that this house is not suitable for someone whose Chinese zodiac is rooster or dog, the way to resolve this issue is to stop using the door connecting the house and the garage. Other major issues are: three out of the four beds are not placed correctly; the location of the Guan Yin Buddha is incorrect; the cooktop location is not ideal; and the son is recommended to move to the current ‘guest bedroom’.
On Sept 17, 2020, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a commercial office of the biggest recycling company in Phoenix, Arizona, which was actually built in a standard cargo container. Master explained that even a single office has its own ‘Bagua’, because the ‘Yin and Yang Qi’ is always flowing and never stops, disregard the size of a room. On Sept 04, 2020, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a single story house in Phoenix, Arizona, which was built in 2015. Ms. xxx needed to buy a modem sectional sofa in the living room, and would like to have some advises on the color, size, as well as where to place the sofa; in addition, she needed advises on how to get better energy flow in this house. Master pointed out that a sofa itself does not have any ‘energy’, therefore, Ms. xxx can buy anything she likes about. In terms of fengshui adjustment, a ceiling needs to be added in the courtyard, a grill can be built in the patio area and avoid using the current cook top in the kitchen, and also the two Air conditioners needed to be moved to the good luck spot, etc. Master was very impressed by Ms. xxx’s communication skill and writing skill, and learned that she used to be a school principle before she moved to phoenix and became a realtor, currently she also writes books which is about children’s ethics. What a talented Client!
On Aug 29, 2020, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on an apartment suite located in Tempe, Arizona, which was built in 2016. This client (Mr. A) is actually a 20 year old Chinese International student, and currently living with his other 3 roommates. Maser pointed out that there are several major fengshui issues: 1. There are several ‘Sha Qi’ in the apartment across this unit; 2. the cook top, sink, washer, and dryer are all near the center of this apartment suite, which could cause heart, blood or eye related disease. Fortunately, 3 students’ bedrooms happen to fall into the 3 lucky fengshui spots, as far as the forth student goes, currently he sleeps and studies at a bad fengshui spot, Master suggested him to move to the other side of the room, that way it is not only good for his education, but also bringing him better luck in general. Mr. A also mentioned that he has some heath issue, which is the main reason that he invited Master to come over. Master explained to him once the fengshui is adjusted, his health condition should be improved. At the end, Master had taken a picture with all 4 young men and wish them the best of luck!
On Aug 15, 2020, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a condo located in Phoenix, Arizona, which was built in 1990. Miss Pandalai is Indian, and her mum is a Reiki Coach and really believes in having good energy in a house can influence the people who live in this house. Miss Pandalai is a Physician working at Honor Health, yet she is still single, she would like to open up her heart and become more socializing and hopefully can meet someone she loves and vice versa. Also, Miss Pandalai leases the condo currently, and she needs Master’s opinion on whether she should renew the lease or she should move to another place. After Master analyzed the fengshui in this condo, he told Miss Pandalai that it is OK to continue to leave here, but there is quite a bit of the work to do to adjust the fengshui in this condo, when the ‘Qi’ is right in this condo, things will be better and when the right time comes, if Miss Pandalai wants to look for a better condo or house, it will happen naturally, the Indian Buddha will bless her and guide her what to do.
On 07/29/2020 noon, Master Golden Spring received a phone call from a new client requesting Master to go to fengshui his store immediately, because one of the customer had a heart attack in his store on the 28th and now they were in panic mode and they actually did not open the door today. Master asked them to send the business address, some pictures, videos and their birthdays. After master analyzed the external fengshui of this store via the google map and google earth, master explained to them why this has happened, because there are ‘Scissors Sha’, ‘Sharp Edge Sha’ and ‘Fire Shape Sha’ around these stored, and also due to the ‘unlucky flying star’ arriving the south, which is the front door area, because this store is facing south with the door is actually facing southwest, which is a very bad design in fengshui. Also, both of their Chinese Zodiacs are against the ‘Grant Duke’, which also contributed to this incidence, because bad thing could happened. At the end, Master suggested them to either block the front door and use the back door for their business, or just move to another store.
