On February 17, 2024, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation for an apartment which is located in Gilbert, Arizona. The biggest issue of this apartment is the range is located in a bad fengshui location, which would impact the relationship between a couple, however, Mrs. xxx responded that she will not let her boyfriend live with her and she does not cook in general, she orders to-go every day.

On February 03, 2024, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation for a house which is located in Gilbert, Arizona. Mrs. xxx’s son sleeps in an ‘Evil’ room (aka ‘Ba Sha’), therefore, he was told by the Doctor that he has ADHD, most of the time, he is very hyper, and does not listen to what parents said.  Master guided Mrs. xxx to put him into another bed room, along with other fengshui adjustments, the kid will be better. 

On January 30, 2024, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation for a 2-million house which is located in Scottsdale, Arizona. This house was remodeled with over $700,000, and now everything is brand-new and looks amazing. The owner, who is a realtor would like to learn more about feng shui of this property so she can make more selling point for potential buyers, she was also amazed by how interesting fengshui is, and would like Master to fengshui her own house one day.

On January 24, 2024, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation for a house which is located in Mesa, Arizona. Mr. xxx’s Chinese Zodiac is ox, coincidently, the ‘ox’ area is missing in this house, which explains why Mr. xxx does not have any enthusiasm for life, especially in 2022, his girlfriend who lived with him for 7 years decided to separate from him and lives by herself. Master guided him how to adjust fengshui and told him that starting February, 2024, his girlfriend will come back to live with him soon.  

On January 21, 2024, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation for a house which is located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Mr. xxx passed away few months ago; also, recently, a car window technician also had a heart attack right in front of the garage. Master explained why this could happen, first it is because of the giant mountain on the east side of house, secondly, Mr. xxx’s zodiac is ‘fire pig’, the AC, water heater, toilet, and sink in the south produce negative energy, which impacted him severely. 

On January 10, 2024, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation for a house which is located in Xiamen city, Fujian Province, China. This building is surrounded by other skyscrapers, living in this house feels like a bird living in a cage, you feel like being locked or enclosed. Good news is starting on Feb 4th, 2024, we will enter the period of ‘9’, and more positive energy will be entering the balcony in the northeast corner.

On January 10, 2024, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation for a house which is located in Xiamen city, Fujian Province, China. The biggest issue of this house is the east side is missing an area, which is not good for the elder son. Master also corrected the bed orientation for both sons, and suggested the husband sleeps in the bedroom right by the front door entrance because his zodiac is a rat. 

On January 06, 2024, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation for a house which is located in Xiamen city, Fujian Province, China. Master guided the couple not to sleep in the master bedroom, because the bedroom on the east side is the luckiest area; also, the worship table should be also placed on the east side; the room on northeast is good for education; the ‘5-yellow’ sickness flying star will arrive in the west, where the kitchen is, suggest them to cook less in 2024.
