On July 25, 2025, Master Steven was invited to give a fengshui consultation for an apartment unit located in Goodyear, Arizona. This unit is facing west, which is compatible with Ms.xx’s Chinese zodiac as a Rooster; Ideally, if the building on the west side of the public swimming pool which is in front of this unit should be two-story instead of four. Mrs. xxx put her son as the owner on the business license, based on their birthday, Master suggest Mrs. xxx add her name as the co-owner as well, because her Chinese Zodiac is a Monkey, which is compatible with the direction of this restaurant, this is one way to bring in more business. The biggest issue is the cash register and all the computer network equipment are located in a ‘losing money’ spot currently, fortunately, there is another receptionist counter which is in a wealth spot, and all these items can move over there. Ms. xxx moved from California and live here for over 1 year and still having hard time getting used to this house and feels like she doesn’t fit in. Master explained to her that this house is missing the southwest area, which represents the ‘wife’ spot, therefore, she feels it that way. Master taught her what to do with cures and also suggested her to use the stove in the side yard more than the one in the kitchen. On May 26, 2025, Master Golden Spring helped Ms. xxx look for two brand new houses in San Tan Valley, Arizona, some houses were ready to move in, and buyer will have some incentives from the builder; some lots are still empty, and will take 6+ months to complete building the houses. Master concluded that this house is good for Mrs. xx, who is a radiation oncologist, who used to help Sultan of Brunei build a cancer center, and now Mrs. is looking for a good fengshui house to bring her fortune because she wants to build a cancer center in north Arizona.
