On October 08, 2023, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation for an apartment unit in Five810 Southlands, which is a modern apartment community located in the Southlands Neighborhood of Aurora, Colorado. Mrs. xxx is a single lady, works in a hospital as a nurse, making good money, however, the external fengshui of this apartment unit indicates she cannot save much money living here, Master suggested her to consider moving when the lease is up in 2024. 

On October 03, 2023, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation for a two story condo, which is located in Scottsdale, Arizona.  Master told them that people living here would have financial difficulty, and 2023 year is ‘rabbit’ year, which makes it even more difficult, they want to have a baby, yet feel scary when money is not good. The cure is to block the ‘Sha Qi’ from the front door, and put more copper items in the kitchen area, move the worship table and set up a water fountain. 

On September 09, 2023, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation for a single story house, which is located in Avondale, Arizona.  2023 is a very unlucky year and even two dogs passed away in July. Master told them to move the door in the garage 3 feet to the right and shut the door in the TV room permanently. Another big issue is the AC which is next to the main entry, suggested to move it to the garage and to build a divider in front of the entry.   With a fish tank as well, expecting they will have better health and receive more incoming and savings.

On September 04, 2023, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation for a new-purchased house, which is located in Tempe, Arizona.  Mrs. xxx believes in fengshui very much and she will follow all Master’s suggestion without a doubt. Master told her that the biggest issue is the range in the kitchen is not in a good spot, which might cause health issue or lose money, suggested her to cook it in the patio in the backyard. 

On September 02, 2023, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation for an single house, which is located in Scottsdale, Arizona.  Mrs. xxx believes in fengshui very much and she wants to sell a remodeled million dollar house much sooner with the power of fengshui. Master guided her to set two indoor fountains in the finance spots on a lucky day and time, which will speed up the sale. 

On August 26, 2023, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation for an acre of land, on which a 5 million two-story house will be built, which is located in Kings Point, NY.  Even though the house is designed by a famous architect in this community, but the form of the house is not recommended, also, the house will be built near a cul-de-sac, which is also not ideal, Master gave out some good advises and hopefully the architect will modify it.

On August 26, 2023, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation for a two-story house which is located in Roslyn Heights, NY. Some major issues are: 1. there are light poles around the houses; 2. front door faces the windows on the other side of the house, indicates money in and money out; 3. two beds orientation is incorrect; 4. fish tank is not in the right spot.

On August 25, 2023, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation for an apartment unit which is located in Manhattan NY. The Sky building is 71 stories, and Mr. xxx. lives on 65th floor, from this Unit, you can see the beautiful Hudson River and other skyscrapers. The biggest problem for this unit is the cooktop is located in a bad spot, which impacts the relationship between this couple. Master suggested Mr. xxx. moves out since he is not allowed to relocate the cooktop.
