On Feb 18, 2023, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on an apartment, which was built in 1998 and located in Chandler, Arizona. Mrs. xxx was not happy in the previous place and knew the energy was not right there, therefore, she left there and moved into this new apartment. Master pointed out that the biggest fengshui issue is that it is missing the ‘man’s area, no wonder it is difficult for her to have stable relationship with a man, she said she is a very kind lady, and deserves a good boyfriend. 

On January 15, 2023, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a single story house located in Tucson, Arizona, which was built in 2002. Mrs. xxx needed help from a Master because Mr. xxx is seriously sick. Master explained to them that the giant mountain on the north side of the house generates very bad Qi to the house, the front door is also located in a very bad spot, which explains why Mr. xxx is in the prostate treatment process, in addition, the TV and fireplace is located close to the center of the house, which causes Mr. xxx’s heart issue. Master was also able to figure out that Mrs. xxx is having Stomach and Ab issue, and she admitted it. Master asked them stop using the door by the laundry room after they park their cars, and also taught them all other remediation to improve their health.

On Dec 27, 2022, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a luxury house near Biltmore, which was built in 2022 and located in Phoenix, Arizona. This young couple just moved from Florida and took only 1 day to find and purchase this 3 million dollar house. Here are the major fengshui issue: 1. One piece of the area in both the North and the South side are missing; 2. Energy in and energy out via the front door and backyard doors, indicates money comes in and money goes out; 3. Both Laundry rooms are in a bad fengshui spots, therefore washer and dryer are needed to be relocated; 4. Three toilets are good and other three are not in a good a spot, not using them is the solution; 5. The severe danger flying star will arrive the Master bedroom in 2023, suggested them not to use the door to go to the backyard for 1 year. 

On Dec 14, 2022, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a house, which was built in 1985 and located in Tempe, Arizona. Mrs. xxx was a remodeling designer and Mr. xxx travels a lot selling patio furniture. Master explained to them that this house is not suitable for Mr. xxx, yet it is good for the son, whose zodiac is a rabbit. Master also asked them to relocate the water heater, otherwise, bad things will happen in 2025, just like they had a lawsuit back in 2019 when Mrs. xxx was fired due to the discrimination. 

On Nov 27, 2022, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a house, which was built in 1979 and located in Sun City West, Arizona. Mrs. xxx. needs help with having the energy flow in more balance, therefore, her house can be more attractive to more potential buyers, once the house is sold, she can move to North Carolina to stay closer to the family. Master pointed out the biggest issue of this house is ‘Energy comes in, and energy goes out’, just like ‘Money flows in, and money flows out’, guided her with the remediation, and wish her luck to sell the house sooner. 

On Nov 24, 2022, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a condo near Biltmore, which was built in 1997 and located in Phoenix, Arizona. This condo’s floor plan looks like a handgun, which is bad for people whose zodiac is snake, horse, and sheep, indeed, Mrs. xx and her daughter Miss xx are horse and sheep, Master warned them to be careful starting 2026, but there is a remediation, as long as the family does not mind a little bit inconvenience for 1 year. Also, fengshui indicates that there might be “unwanted encounter” in 2023, so if Mr. xx meets a girlfriend, he also needs to be cautious; similarly, Miss xx needs to pay extra attention to her current relationship. Fortunately, they are willing to relocate the cooktop location as Master suggested. 

On Nov 22, 2022, Master Golden Spring was invited to help in designing a floor plan for a new construction. Mrs. xx has been going through lots of difficulties since she was a child, unpleasant relationship, divorces, two severe car accidents, several times surgery, house got foreclosed, business partners left her with lots of debts, etc., she is already 63 and lost almost everything, she wants a family, an education, good health, wealth and I have it and then it is gone.  Nothing has been sustainable for her, she does not have the energy to keep fighting or the energy to just go with the flow, she wants a home that is hers, and want to create one, she needs it to be close to perfect so she can feel protected, safe and can sleep and have vitality to live again. Fate brought Master Golden Spring to her life, at the end of the consultation, she had a good floor plan designed with close-to-perfect fengshui, the house will be built in her good friend’s house backyard, wish her the best of luck!

On Nov 04, 2022, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a house, which was built in 2018 and located in Mesa, Arizona. Mrs. xxx believed in Buddha, and had to leave the previous house because it had very bad fengshui, she often argued with her husband and also had some health issue, it took her over a year and had looked at almost 30 houses before she finally could purchase this house, she is truly grateful for all the help from Master Golden Spring and feel blessed by Buddha!
