On June 10, 2019, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a huge custom home in Fountain Hills, Arizona, which was built in 2005 and its direction is facing northeast. Master was impressed by such a stunning legacy property, which is one of the finest architectural custom homes around this area, with forever views with Gated Community of Crestview. Master has spent the entire day in this house, not only because it was so huge, complex, and unique, but also the internal and external view is so beautiful and Master really enjoyed watching it. In terms of fengshui, Master pointed out several major adjustments: 1. how to reduce the ‘Sha Qi’ from the satellite tower on the east side of the house; 2.the cooktop needs to be moved to the backyard area where they will also build a swimming pool; 3. the bed in the master bedroom also needs to be placed in the opposite side of the wall by the fireplace. 4. Convert the water fall into a koi fish pond; 5.need to block one of the drainage hole in the garden area. With the fengshui adjustments, this gorgeous home will provide the perfect balance of grand formal entertaining spaces with cozy and comfortable everyday living!
 

On January, 2019, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a two story house located in Queen Creek, Arizona, which was built in 2005 and its direction is facing south. It is interesting that this house has the exact same direction that Master Golden Spring’s own house.

Master pointed out that this house is for sure it is a lucky house, especially the two doors on the east side of the house are super good luck door, people live in this house should use these two doors instead of using the original main entrance door, which is a bad luck door. Unfortunately, the master bed room is located in a bad fengshui spot, therefore, it is recommended to sleep in the master bed room less, and the smaller bed room on the south side should be utilized more instead. In addition, majority of the swimming pool equipment is located in a bad fengshui spot, and it is highly recommended to be moved to another better fengshui spot, otherwise, bad things will happen in 2022.

On December 22, 2018, Master Golden Spring was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a two story house located in Chandler, Arizona, which was built in 2015 and its direction is facing south. Master pointed out that people who live in this house are not making very good money, because there are 2 toilets are located in two out of the three ‘Money Spots’, therefore, the money is ‘flushed’ away. On the other hand, there are four major issues of this house, which could contribute to very bad health. Master pointed out that the health issue is related to the heart, blood, hands, leg, liver, and kidney. Then the owner of the house replied back that he got a stroke in 2017, and his right hand and right leg are paralyzed. He went to see the Western Doctor, who could not help him too much, then he went to see a Chinese acupuncturist, who was able to help him to heal the right hand; however, his right leg is still very weak, and he can not even walk upstairs to his bed room, therefore, he set up a bed in the living room temporarily. Master gave them advice such as ask them not to use the front door, move the refrigerator, kitchen sink and the tank-less water tank to good fengshui spots.
