On October 21, 2025, Master Steven was invited to give a fengshui consultation for a 2-million-dollar house which will be built in 2026 in Tucson, Arizona. Mr. xxx already has an architect designed the floor plan, and just needs Master’s review. Master suggested disconnecting the two garages, swapping the bathroom and the closet in bedroom 2, and moving the Kitchen towards the backyard patio or even better, swapping it with the family room, which will bring the family all the good fortune, health, and prosperity.

On October 9, 2025, Master Steven was invited to give a fengshui consultation for a house located in Chandler, Arizona. It was rush hour, and the highway was pouring with rain, forcing drivers to drive slowly. Fortunately, the rain stopped when Master arrived at the Mr. xx’s neighborhood. There are two main external issues: 1. The 202 Freeway to the north was a reverse bow-shaped sha; 2. The front yard was missing an area, which would cause health issue. Internally, Master bedroom is the luckiest area, yet this couple do not sleep here for a long while, which is such a waste. The water heater, fridge, dryer and washer are all out of harmony, needed to be relocated. Last, the kid’s bed orientation needs to be changed as well.

On September 25, 2025, Master Steven was invited to give a fengshui consultation for a house located in Phoenix, Arizona. Recently several pigeons had died in the backyard, leaving Mr. xx feeling worried. First big issue is the Northwest corner of the house is missing, which is bad for Mr. xx, the next big issue is that the laundry room is in the center of the house, and Master inferred that Mr. xx might have heart problem. Mr. xx keeps thinking to move out of this house due the Pigeon’s death, Master explained to them that they will be fine if they follow the fengshui remodeling plan. At last, Mr. xx shared that couple months ago, he had a watchman device implanted into his heart.

On August 16, 2025, Master Steven was invited to give a fengshui consultation for a two-story house located in Gilbert, Arizona.  There are two major issues: 1. the center of the house is within the closet which is next to the stairs, which impacts the interaction of the Qi Yin & Yang with each other, and it indicates that the man will have more difficulties getting things completed; 2. the cooktop is in a bad location which will lead to relationship, health and wealth issue. Master has taught them how to remediate these issues, also has taught them where to set up a water fountain, water heater and TV to boost up fortunate and prosperity.

On August 05, 2025, Master Steven received a phone call from Mrs. xx who needed urgent help, she found Master Steven from ChatGPT, her husband and she have been having lots of bad luck since they moved into the current apartment in 2022, Master asked her to send over the floor plan of the current apartment unit as well as the new one they are moving into. Master pointed out that there must be blood related issue, Mrs.xx, who never heard of ‘Feng Shui’, was shocked, she confirmed that Mr.xx has been bleeding from his nose since they moved in, and in fact, he was actually bleeding at this moment. Next day, Master was invited to give a fengshui consultation for the new apartment unit located in Biltmore in Phoenix. This unit is facing east, which is compatible with Mr.xx’s Chinese zodiac; as long as they followed Master’s guide to feng shui this apartment, Mr.xx will be more healthier living here.

On July 25, 2025, Master Steven was invited to give a fengshui consultation for an apartment unit located in Goodyear, Arizona. This unit is facing west, which is compatible with Ms.xx’s Chinese zodiac as a Rooster; Ideally, if the building on the west side of the public swimming pool which is in front of this unit should be two-story instead of four. Internally, the biggest issue is that the energy of the only bathroom might cause surgery and/or health issue; unfortunately, this is a rental house, therefore it cannot be relocated to a better spot. Master Steven also suggested her to move the sofa and the refrigerator, and leave the window in the living room close all the time, hopefully these adjustments will help mitigate her functional movement disorder.
